Hydration in exercise
When exercising don't forget to drink plenty of water before, during and after your workout.
Many of us forget about the importance of simple water when our bodies are working harder, metabolising faster and excreting more water through urine and sweat.
Just 2% dehydration can decrease exercise performance by up to 10% so make sure you drink at least 2 litres of water each day.
