Healthy eating at St Patrick's Catholic Primary School, Geelong

We had a great day teaching grade 2 children at St Patrick's Catholic Primary School in Geelong about the importance of healthy eating. They enjoyed an interactive information session presented by Sophie Butcher, a nutritionist and teacher in the Geelong region, about how foods effects the body and mind, as well as practical skills to develop skills to read food labels.

The students also participated in a healthy cooking session where they used their creative talents to make healthy food faces!
